I am not the one who wants to go to the court. I was threaten to be sued!

I did not refuse to pay, but just don't want to pay that much, as I got two other quotes(one offers Free material, but I have to manage the rest, another one offers $7.00/ton, $150/load delievered). I feel that they charged too much. From just one website, within 30 miles, at least I can find two that offer free fill. For the price they claimed ($250), I thought they just wanted to get for the delievery fee. In my previous posts, I did not mention one more thing was that I had prepared an envolop with $300 cash ($250 plus $50.00 tips) before the first truck came--- I felt that they were so nice and deserve a little more...

As for the delivery, they only sent 5 trucks, not 6. I am willing to pay even half of the price if they take....
