借款

和孩子的爸爸鬧離婚。在我倆沒結婚前，他曾經給了我14000，幫我支付學費。當時說是讓我拿錢支付學費，剩下的用作我的生活費好了。沒說借，也沒有借條。現在我倆離婚。他要我還這筆錢。並且在分居協議上寫用給孩子的撫養費還。他著個要求合理嗎？法院回這麽判嗎？
