When I was in the witness seat, I testified that slowed down to 0 mph before acceleration, because I watched my speedometer. The needle swept to zero then I hit the gas pedal and go.

At this time DA's face turned red. He questioned me alot like how often I watch the speedometer while braking, do I know how long does it take to a full stop, do I have time to watch both meter and traffic etc etc in effort to refute my testimony but my answers all sounded reasonable.
