thank you for your info.

my agent called me several times. the recent call was to remind me that the other party lawyer would summon me for lawsuit since my insurance could not reach the deal on the payment. my agent told me they asked for $100,000,which was the limit of my policy but too much for my insurance company, according to the bills and situation. I do not know the detail on their negotiation. my thinking is the other party exaggerated wound for more payment. so to me, i dont know how to handle this. the letter sent by the lawyer indicated the date and time i have to on court.
I feel very pity, as i'm actually a victim of the accident and now the other party wanted to sue me for more payment. I am really anxious about this matter and look forward to get sincere advice from you. thanks again.
