Thanks for you reply. 來美多年,一直遵紀守法,沒接觸過Lawyer and law suit, 不知該如何應對。朋友裏也沒Practice law的。 所以才到這裏詢問。至於Claim 什莫,根本無從下手。
I think that from managerial standpoint, at least they should apologize to us for what had happened. But they haven’t got back to us yet.
