在tuna Subway 裏吃到了具多活的 fly larvae(蒼蠅幼蟲)， 該怎麽辦？

事情經過是這樣的
上星期六早上與幾位好友相邀去釣魚, picnic ，備的幹糧不足所以路途subway時買了三個foot long subway （Time 10:20 am。）
中午12時分左右男士們都在吊魚，女士們帶著孩子們在亭子裏吃午餐，兒子finished half of tuna subway. 鑒於LG甚是fan of tuna subway. 那剩的半個就包好留給了 LG。不久男士們悻悻而歸，收獲不大。匆匆吃點幹糧接著去奮鬥了。下午2:30 多， 我看還剩1/4的 subway，便拿了別的麵包夾點subway裏的tuna吃了。無意中發現有什麽小小的白色東西在蠕動。混在tuna 和 白色的mayonnaise裏，不留心很難發現。再仔細看，發現不至一隻兩支，在小小一塊地方有十幾隻在蠕動。 頓時惡心壞了。尤其兒子吃的最多。問那些小蟲在他肚肚裏會不會長大？爬來爬去怎們辦。隻好安慰他沒事。其實心裏惡心壞了，比兒子還害怕。4：00左右一群人打道回府。去了subway店裏。Asking them to stop selling the tuna subway and should make some inspection. 小店員不管事，說會給local manager 打電話。local manager should get back to us. 便把我們打發走了。
兒子keep complaining that he felt stomach pain. 匆匆驅車奔emergency.
Doctor said she had never seen this kind of worm before. It might be pin worm. But she will let nurse send the sample to lab to make sure what they are?
兒子從這這星期二，右耳淋巴結腫大。疼痛難忍。Her pediatric prescribed the anti-bacteria drug and told us the lab result of food sample was fly larvae. She thought that the illness should not be related to the worm. Since she has not experienced this before, she will consult a specialist.
這幾日我每天都睡不好，lost 4 pounds already。
請問我們是否應該找律師？如果是的話。是找什麽practice 的律師呢？謝謝了

在外少吃不經熱家工的meat and seafood. Avoiding 顧客流動性差de店 或時間段。
