怎麽和神經病離婚？

周期性發作，歇斯底裏，痛恨所有人，要死也要拉個墊背的，經常鬧到後半夜才讓睡。不肯看醫生，認為有人會謀害她。 甚至不能提醫生。拒絕吃任何藥，包括維他命。 有家族精神病史，她的妹妹和一個遠房親戚是精神病。

能離婚嗎？會不會出人命。
