education fee in divorce !! urgent advice

Old cat all,

my ex doesn't want to pay any tuition. Is it right? I see on this forum people says parents share half the these cost such as paino,school books etc. How about the cost required by public elementry school ?If I send kid to private elementry school, should he pay half?

How about college tution after 18?

Besides child support and medical cost, on the court order there is also child expense, 50% paid by each parent. What is covered under child expense normally?
