在紐約H-1 fulltime，被公司無理由解雇了，請大家出主意

我在紐約，建築師，在一個很小的公司工作了兩個月，除了一對couple老板，一個OPT的，還有我，其他的都是intern。

我是fulltime employee under H-1B（H1-B正在從上一個工作transfer中），由於一直很瞧不起老板的垃圾人品，估計被他們看出來了，所以昨天被他們解雇了。我說既然你是在fire我就要給我理由，他們也說不出來，隻說we are sorry that it seems not working out, we like what you do but we dont think that you are happy here.

BTW，這個小公司曾經和正在雇傭沒有工作簽證的人，並且全麵使用盜版軟件。

請大家幫忙出出主意，我是不是有機會告他們，有多大的空間可以贏，贏了會有什麽賠償？
