Don't worry too much about those mean words. I believe majority of them have not been through what you've been through and cannot understand you. (I was quite insensitive, not mean, to my pregnant and mommy friends before having my baby.)
Another thing I want to remind you. With a new baby, you need to take him to his PD quite often for the first two years. Do your homework before you go. There are tons of books on "what to do" when baby is sick and tons of information on the Internet. (QQBB here is a good resource.) Don't just do whatever your PD told you to do when it is an intrusive procedure/taking strong medicine/having not-heard-of vaccines. Ask whys and what-ifs.
