we were looking for a house through a realtor agent last year. there was a house we liked and gave an offer. However the negotiation did not go through. after long time searching, the realtor got some inpatient with us and we stopped looking around also. once a while i still jump on internet to check the availability in our area. now this house is back on market with a lower price. we were not able to remember the term we had with the previous realtor and called her to verify we are released from the contract. she said
1:the contract is expired in Jan
2. although it was not stated on contract anywhere, any home she showed us before we have to buy through her.
After more digging in our home, i found the document and there was no place saying so as she said. should we still honor this obligation? thanks for your help
