Vote for president of the Association is a key to well manage the community. We have observed that someone being a president took the benefit of it. Even more worse, he used up all funds (including reserved fund for unexpected event) on his purpose. Now, he asked increasing the due by 50% without owners' meeting to discuss about it.

The option is that hopefully he will be down at next election.
