請教：去NJ吃了罰單，可以dispute嗎？

前兩周去NJ，走錯了路，慌亂中開進了收費公路，沒有注意走了E-ZPASS only的lane,當時沒法交費（絕對不是故意逃避收費，以前沒有開過收費公路）。其實收費才25 cents.今天收到$25.25的罰單。

罰單上說：you have the right to dispute the total amount due.
但又說：unacceptable reasons for an inadvertent toll violation: entering a dedicated E-ZPASS lane with a vehicle that is not equipped with an E-ZPASS.

請教這種情況我們是繳了罰款好，還是dispute好？多謝！
