Either way $25 is not a big deal.

1. Imagine that you actually break the law intention or not.

2. If you go to court and dispute it, you will end up spending hours of your time waiting. I hope you make average $30 per hour, the number does not look right either.

3. If you go to court, you will use courts time and it does not reflect good on you.

Pay the $$$ and let go.
