我該咋辦？

二年前在停車場刮了一下別人的車； 給了保險公司的號碼， 五個月後Case closed. 今天法院給我一個被告通知。 罪名好重。 我要咋辦？現在好惱火！有懂得好心人可以幫我嗎？ 我在賓州的。謝謝！
