Sorry, have to disagree u, even a stay home mom

with no income at all deserve half of the assets, then why not her? As far as I can see, if she stayed here and just try to get the green card and ask for money, then I will doubt her intension. But this is different! According to what u said here, does every hus who makes much more than the wife has the right to hit the wife when he wanted???
