You definitely entitle for the alimoney from him but the amount will be determinted by the court. It is still his choice to divorce. You can not stop that. What you can do is to get as much alimoney as you can. You have to build your case though for the reason and the amount you ask.

Remeber in US court crying does not do you any good. You have to have substantial facts to support you. In your case the judge will be with you if you can come up evidence to suuport the amount you ask for.
