緊急求助：老公因我懷孕要和我離婚。

因我一時糊塗嫁給一無情無義不負責任的人。結婚快五年了。最近卻因為我懷孕要和
我離婚。他已在上訴。我現在懷孕五個月了。本來不想在懷孕期間 file case, 害
怕傷心會影響寶寶的建康，可他卻迫不及待。有沒有人知道在法律上我可不可以懷
孕害怕傷心會影響寶寶和母親的建康為理由，延緩離婚。 如果不行，現在我該怎樣
找個好律師為寶寶和自己爭取最大權益？我在康州。多謝大家了！
