警察不公正怎麽辦？

昨天，我在晚上下班的時候在高速公路上被警察抓住了。她說我超速了，應55邁，我開了80邁。每天那條路上的人都絕對不會開55邁。我昨天沒太注意，隻是跟著別人走，但是車不太多，也不少。我確實沒注意我到底開了多少邁。警察叫我停車後要我拿駕照和車的Registration 。我當時又緊張又疑惑，所以就找不到Registration.（其實當時就在我手裏的夾子裏，我沒發現。）警察嘟囔了一句，我沒聽清，她就走了。她回來時，我已找到我的Registration。 我舉給她看她不看。她給了我罰單。回家一看，她罰了我兩項；一個是超速，一個是沒有Registration。我想這對我不公平。
請教，如果我要上法庭，我是不是最起碼應該去掉第二項罰款？如果都輸了，法官會不會更多地罰我錢。我從未遇到過這種事，請各位幫幫我。謝謝！（我在美東）
