回複：奇怪! Is it called "last month's rent deposit"?

last month's rent deposit will be used for last month, I think the landlord would also charge you security deposit which is used for damage of the property. Some landlord ask both some only ask security deposit and it should not be used for last month rent. In this case LZ's landlord only asked for the security deposit which is normal and fair.
