after i put the case through local consumer affair,now the store offered in store credit for my deposit. i cannot accept this -i may lose more if i accept this, lacking of baigaining power.

it seems gov agent can only forward correspondence between us, it can not do any judgement. so after 3 month, i plan to go to a small claim court, but not sure about the result.

am i the person with wrong doings?
