last year a local piano store offered us a deal on a private brand new piano, with 20% down and 80% financing with 6-month no interest same as cash. I did not pass the credit check due to short credit history, and tried to negotiate lower price with the store, but the store refused my price, and I decided not to purchase then. But the store refused to refund my deposit back as the credit receipt was printed with 'all sales final no refunds'.
I cannot dispute the credit card change as I signed the receipt, and I also asked the local consumer affair burea to contact with the store for refund, but no result.
I do not know how much chance I have to win this over a small claim court, can some one please give advise?
