agree...u stand more chances to win if a cop caught u...but the fact that camera is triggered by motion pretty much pins u dead...unless u can prove a malfunction...

i will say dont pay the bail but go appear in court (not contesting it tho.), the clerk will slash it down so much u will think hes a hero...just give u a figure..i had about 20 parking tickets totaling more than a grand when i was in college, then i went to the court, crying ot the clerk about how many hours i will have to work flipping burgers to pay for all these and the lady was like ...just put down 50 and u r fine. amen to that....
