Thanks for sharing but I went to court today and

wanted to plead guilty and ask the judge to reduce the fine. But the clerk told me I had to wait for hours that I couldn't -- have young children at home. And they won't allow kids inside the court house so I just took the written trial paper work. I thought I could ask the judge to reduce the fine in my statement too. So I hope it will work. In our court the clerk can't reduce the fina at all. They said only the judge can do it and I chickened out when I saw the long line of people waiting there. Hope the judge will feel sympathetic for me. I'm not hoping to win now. I just wish he could slash some amount off my ticket for the time I'll have to spend writing the explainations. Please pray for me. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
