請問我該怎麽辦?

我的車篷蹋了快3個月了，一直沒修。上個月我們這裏下了很大的冰雹，我就找負責apartment的人要了個臨時停車位。然後他又在沒有通知我們的情況下將停車位給了別人，現在又不修車篷，我們這兒雨雪大，我們家又是新車。我們該怎麽辦
