In general, once your manager wants to be unusually pick on you, it is a good time to move on or at least change a new manager.

N. talks about meeting manager, HR people. Please be very careful when doing this. They are not on your side. they are hired by the company and protect their own and company's interest. You should avoid to have HR involved because that will make your managers embarassing and angry. However, you can talk to your boss' boss in very professional, fact-oriented manner. Jusify your arguments with concrete evidence (if you do not have evidence, do not even bother to talk to anyone since that will make things worse and make managent on alert so that you are in more shit sitution).

When you talk to your boss' boss. make sure not to show any hint of threantening of discrimation. (REMEMBER THIS 400%!)

If you DO belive a discrimation is possible, keep low profile, QUIETLY gather evidence (you can google what kind of evidence you need). By no means do you need to show any hint of lawsuit. Once the management knows your interntion, all of them, along HR, automatically come together to come against you by hiding evidence, artifical remedy (for example they may hire another disable person so that they can prove to court that your dismal is not disability related).
