老婆被叫去打掃女廁所，憤而辭職

老婆在加拿大WAL-MART幹些服裝整理的活( job title is Sales Floor Associate)，胸前掛的牌子是CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST。

上星期天(11/11/2007)被經理叫去打掃女廁所，當時還有其他人，偏叫她唯一一個中國人去。她去打掃了，但覺得很丟臉，第2天(今天)憤而辭職。

請問這種情況在加拿大可否算被動DISMISSAL，申請EI (EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
