You would not be saying what you said. I have not see her job deion. But even there is one, just like many other employment contracts, there is generally a "catch all" clause providing that you "shall perform any task as the manager deem appropriate or necessary" or something to that effect.
Even if that is not in the contract, you want to sue? You sue someone to recover damages. What is the damage here and how much? Do you know how much does it cost to sue? How long does it take to sue someone? What percentage of lawsuits are dismissed or settled? Plaintiff asked (ordered) to pay legal fees for frivolous lawsuits?
People like you like to tout the word "sue" as if anything is actionable. I have nothing against non-lawyers as I am the only lawyer in my family (I have three brothers and two sisters). But I cannot help find it interesting that some people talk shit while don't know shit.
