Thank you so much for your guys good suggestions. That insurance company is Metlif.

According to "You'd better to find your state department of insurance (or division of insurance) to file a complaint letter". In actually, I did this online. The funny thing is the responsor is Metlife's CEO who retired 16 years ago. After I told him the whole story, he stopped to send email to me and said "I really don't know why they did this and I can't guess."

Would you please tell me "BBB" means what? How can I find the information of Metlife's headquater? I'm in Boston. Thanks a lot!
