關於short-term disability insurance

剛進新公司4個月，就意外懷孕了。公司比較小，10人左右，目前的HR在這個公司作了近10年，沒有碰上任何員工懷孕，因此公司也沒有什麽相應的政策。如果公司沒有買short-term disability insurance，我可以自己買嗎？到哪裏買？從什麽時候開始買？我在哪能查到相關政策？謝謝。
