求助：胎兒28周被檢查出可能有心髒瘤!

一好友在懷孕28周腹痛難忍，經檢查胎兒可能有腫瘤在心髒！
醫生告知，1）目前沒有辦法，隻有在醫院觀察！
2）在紐約州法律規定現在28周了必須把小孩生下來！！

天啊！！晴天霹靂！！這是她的第一胎，都33歲了！怎麽辦啊？？

問：
1）小孩生下來， 如確診是腫瘤， 是不是沒希望治好？如果是惡性的，拖的越久，是
不是有可能轉移到母體？？
2）由什麽辦法流掉胎兒而不違反法律？其他州有規定嗎？？
