i think everyone makes mistakes. all operations have space to improve. The airport does own your apology but does its staff black heart? That might be over stretch.

Also I feel by saying America is like a heaven is a much more over stretch. personally i feel it is very far from truth. it is one of the greatest country. i agree on that.
