Hello-
I have been trying to sell my condo, but it seems bad time to sell it. Now I am planning to rent it out and waiting for market change.
Here are some questions.
1) If the condo is rented, is it legal to inform renters move out if I just give them one month notice when I plan to sell it?
2) Should I sign lease term month by month or other terms like 3-month or 6-month, etc based my situaton?
Your suggestions are really appreciated.
