I absolutely agree with wonder1-that file is not confidential. Your LG just wanted to learn more details in the job seeker' project and tried to evalute the job seeker's qualifications for the job and thus, your LG can make his suggestions to your LG's boss about this job seeker. That's why your LG made the mistake, but his motivation is good. So, please do not worry too much. Give your LG more encouragement. Don't blame his too much because everyone makes mistake everyday.
