緊急求助KY懂法律的朋友!!!

來美國一年, 05/26/2007,$4178買了a used car, 1997 Honda Civic ,125800 miles.才開了一個月,07/06/2007車壞了, 被告之是發動機壞了, Firestone 要$4000 fix it! 買車時聽信了dealer 的話(心裏真是後悔), 沒買guarantee.我找dealer 要求refund, or replacement, 他都不同意, he said I need to pay $600-$950 to fix it, otherwise, I should take the car away!! 感覺是一個陷阱, 自己完全受騙上當了!!!在異國他鄉舉目無親, 做postdoctor research， 老板很push, I have no time to deal with such thing.So I have to agree to fix it yesterday, but now nothing heared from the dealer.In fact, I still want refund or replacement, what can I do now?
我聽說有Lemon Law 保護沒有guarantee的情況!我在KY, 緊急求助KY懂法律的朋友幫忙, 謝謝!! 謝謝！！
