關於去隔壁院子playground玩的事請教老貓或其他高手。

不知這是不是和法律有關。
我們有時帶小孩去鄰近一個院子的Playground玩。也有朋友住在那個院子，但是他們不是常去，有時會碰上。那個playgroud有個牌子說是他們那個community的property，我們這樣去玩屬於traspassing嗎？如果有人告，警察會來管嗎？有什麽情況下我們可以合法的使用，比如說如果有是那邊住戶的朋友邀請是不是可以？在這種情況下，朋友是不是要一直陪伴？
我們所在的小區沒有Playgroud,那個playgroud也很少有人去玩，所以我們覺得並沒有妨礙什麽人，但是還是有點擔心，請知道的朋友不吝賜教。
