我今天收到一張管理處寄來的通知，上麵寫著：
the management office has received a report from *** plumbing on May29,2007 stating that the hoses attached to your washing machine was not properly installed,as a result excessive water went down to the suite below causing severe damaged to the ceiling and wall of the entrance washroom room.the management hired a contractor to do the necessary repairs in suite 2910 because it 's ur negligence you are responsible for paying the invoice.

其實管理處派人來看我洗衣機的時候我在場，正如所說的，因為那個接洗衣機的水管接得不緊導致了漏水，但我在這住了兩年，一直沒發現直到有人上來修，洗衣房很小，就是放一部洗衣機的空間，但是水也從沒有從洗衣房溢出來，不仔細看真的看不到，我當時問修理人HOW WOULD THIS HAPPEN,他說，IT JUST HAPPENS.當我問他我以後應該怎麽注意時，他說，IT JUST HAPPENS,YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING。

我不知道應該怎麽做，我也不知道對樓下具體有什麽DAMAGE,因為我沒有親眼看到，可以站在我的角度給點意見嗎。謝謝！
