醫院,賬單,醫生-強盜

我兩歲兒子得了雜症。一年來欠了醫院很多賬單(保險不保的部分)。我們去醫院看病，
醫院醫生要的化驗很多後來看都沒必要，也不起任何作用。醫院除了賬單，連
化驗結果都沒有寄給我們。
1) 請問，如果不付帳， 會有什麽結果？
2) 絕望之時，有病亂投醫，我們在NY 看了一醫生， 一次收費幾千美元。也不起作用，我們想去投訴他，不知怎麽辦？
