I would accept it if the other in network hospital charge a comparable price, but the difference is so dramatic!
I called the insurace company several times. They were not very helpful. They even refuse to provide an in-network estimate. I had to call another hospital to get the estimate. I am thinking of filing an appeal to the insurance company. But not so clear about what I can ask them to do.
