Parties have entered into informal business agreements in the past. Both parties desire to sign this written Agreement to document prior mutual understandings and agreement regarding employment relationship. This written Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes and replaces any and all prior understandings, discussion, negotiations, arrangements, and agreements, whether oral or written.
