Our problem is: Both my hu*****and and I buy family insurance, mine is HMO , his is PPO. But my hu*****and made a mistake, instead of for family, he only buy for himself and our kids. We didn't find the mistake so I called and make the whole family appointment. This doctor accepts PPO. So he gave us services then claimed to our insurance. My hu*****and and my kids' claims are accepted but mine was declined. Now the doctor asked me to pay for it.
Although we made mistake, but why didn't he check our insurance before providing service? Do I still have a corner to argue for myself?
Appreciate
