only 120?? I am 100% sure that alarm company won't sue you for just $120 since it costs a lot lot more to hire lawyer and the court will find it ridiculous too. Like I said before, if you have absolute evidence that you don't owe the money, keep fighting those people up to the court. If you win, they can not do nothing.
