No. I gave up later since I was so tired. It is so

hard to collect evidence. they do not leave any evidence and the company may intentionally do something to cover too. For example, they can hire a chinese people for the postion I was seaking for so that they can argue that the qualification was not based on race, blahbkah, they are all f* BS.
