I am sorry to hear that, buddy. In my case, some chinese involved have been promoted after I filed the charge, they gained already. Why should they risk losing what they already had for supporting or joining me. No matter what, I will fight hard. I may lose again. Maybe when it involves chinese in discrimination, the company will be sure the chinese will lose...
