Thanks a lot, Pediatrician and Orgirl: Currently, I have only contacted EEOC, one official from EEOC told me before they would sue the company for me and I did not take the trouble to find a lawyer. You are right, EEOC wanted me to talk with my HR first and the HR told me I was wasting their times. EEOC DID wish/arrange to have the problem solved between my company and me. And my company proposed a solution which even a baby know it was a trap. And I didn't sign anything. I also have a sense that EEOC may not do a good job, but I really don't know whom I can trust through all those trials. My company is very powerful in NYC and all US. And they have one of best employment lawyers...
