Without an EEOC "ready to sue" letter, you cannot sue a company. That is the law. EEOC gives companies first opportunity to fix their problems.
---
If you do by yourself, this is the procedure. If you hire a lawyer, your lawyer can file cases directly to superior court without going through EEOC.
--
If you think EEOC is on your side, that is wrong. Mainly, EEOC prevents workers to make endless lawsuit against companies.

This is what I meant. only his wife and his lawyer will be on his side. EEOC is not his lawyer. EEOC is a crappy orgnization.
