I am changing a new lab

Thank you for your advice. Now I am in a new lab, and I have 2 bosses, both are nice but not that powerful. I am afraid although I promised not to sue them, not sue the department, they also want to kick me out. These bad people! I donot know if I can let my new bosses negociate with them, or just keep silence, until they fail me. Then I will do a series things. Actually, I sent my complaint letter to a lawyer as well.
