Based on what you stated above, a reasonable solution I can advise is to negotiate with your supervisor and the director, telling them you are planning a transfer and asking for good recommendations. Make it clear that you do not want to get into any trouble or get anyone else into the trouble. However, if they leave you no choice, you will pursue whatever measure available to protect your interests. It will be a shame to any academic institution and will detriment its reputation where it is accused of indulging sexual assault/harrassment. Tell them the retaliation by failing your courses just makes them guilty of covering the perpetrator. You may sign some written release in which you promise not to sue them or report to the police while they promise to transfer you to a different lab/department or even assist you with transferring to another univeristy. Don't wait till they already fail you in order to show you are incompetent and then kick you out. Good luck.
