If somewhow the girl is willing to 'testify' to the police again that she cannot be certain that you 'assaulted' her, it will make it easier, but your problem is the restraining order on you, in which you are ordered not to contact her, even by phone.

The bottomline is take this matter very seriously. Go speak to a lawyer, don't try to save money on this! I went through this trouble and really regreted afterwards, and I am still paying for my ignorance and stupidity till now.
