You are not being charged by the 'victim', the girl, you are being charged by the Distict Attorney (in the US), and this is why that girl cannot 'discharge' you since she did not 'charge' you.
Go get an attorney, or you'll have tons and tons of trouble with your immigration status in the future. The worst case is that you'll have to be excluded from Canada (驅逐出境), and don't you even think of trying to come to US to avoid the immigration problem. US is more motivated to keep 'criminals'out. And US Canada share every detail of any arrest and/or criminal records taken place in either country.
Make sure you really stay away from that girl now!!! Get a criminal lawyer and fight your way up, otherwise you will regret.
